Apologies if this is old news.

I know some of us are interested in languages that can be "changed"...

As someone who knows neither Perl nor Latin (learning them never seems
to make it to the top of my to-do list), I am still struggling with
how many ways this is supposed to be funny, if it's supposed to be
funny at all.
