I just saw another one in DDJ 7/03, pp. 66-7, "Jelly: An XML-Based 
Scripting Language."  Jelly's "hello world" looked like this:

<?xml version="1.0">
<j:jelly xmlns:j="jelly:core">
    Hello World!
</j:jelly>
