Alas, your buttons differ in size and show no alignment. But a few button clicks are all you need to correct the size and alignment.
To arrange for the height and width of the buttons to be the same, you first select one button, the master, and then, with the shift key held down, you select the second button, the slave. Then, clicking the replicate-height and replicate-width buttons forces the dimensions of the slave to be the same as the master.
Similarly, to align the buttons along, say, their centers, you select the master and the slave, and then click on the align-by-vertical-centers button:
