Next, you establish properties for the three widgets by selecting the widget, and then clicking right > properties.
For the button on the right, you specify Increment as the label and
incrementMeter as the action. Because the action specification is
incrementMeter, the incrementMeter message is sent to the
application model whenever the button is pressed. Similarly, for the
button on the left, you specify Decrement as the label and
decrementMeter as the action.
