Perhaps another implication is that writing programs should be like
making other "documents".  It is not hard to use Microsoft Word, but
it is also not hard to use Microsoft Word to make some really bad-
looking documents.  As easy to use as the software may be, you still
have to have some decent design sense in order to make good-looking
documents.
