I have one paper on J, and you mentioned F before. I haven't heard of G.
Is there a paper or papers which describes all of these?
It's important that we look to the future: the continuation arguments will
peter out eventually, and I'm thinking that maybe J, F, and G could be the
source of future arguments on LL1 ;-)
