To create a new dictionary, you simply send
new to the Dictionary class:
Dictionary new
To assign the new dictionary to a global variable, such as
CalorieGramRatios, in the Smalltalk dictionary, you use an
at:put: message:
Smalltalk at: #CalorieGramRatios put: Dictionary new
