The program I tried it in was the scribble demo. I wanted to see what the
with-printing macro expanded to in the menu item handler (partially to test
out the facility, partially because I'm still a little shaky on Dylan
macros). The menu handler and the macro are defined within about 20 lines
of each other in the same file. I think they are in the same context....
