Technical Interests:
I investigate various topics regarding Internet measurements, including scanning activity, outages, non-human initiated connections,
analysis of IPv6 addresses, and routing and congestion over IPv4 and IPv6.
Previously, I worked on the acceleration of applications over the Internet,
which involved a routing overlay network, and forward error correction. I also worked on
the mapping of requests from clients to appropriate Akamai
servers, which depends on Internet topology, and transient traffic conditions.
Key words for topics of interest to me are:
- Measurement of Interent Performance, Security and Architecture
- Internet Policy
- Performance Analysis
- Traffic Engineering
- Congestion Controls
- Connection Admission Controls
