Aplogies. Mach is an OS out of CMU. Mach 4 is an (the last?) 
implementation
of Mach 4. CMU's systems group (just before and after its move to 
Microsoft)
rewrote the kernel of Mach 4 to use delimited continuations in the 
spirit of my
F/# system from POPL 1988. I happened to attend the dissertation 
defense of
Draves when he presented the ideas.
