The Plank is a monthly magazine written by (not very) world famous author, Dalek Bell, so that his characters don't get bored during the long periods between novels. Dalek Bell is in turn a work of fiction, concocted by the Dalek Bell conspiracy. The conspiracy is a loosely structured group of (not in the slightest bit) famous writers who may or may not be fictional in turn.
