I got my PhD at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

I worked with prof. Michael Ernst in the Program  Analysis Group in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL)

Before coming to MIT, I'd spent 3 years working on refactorings etc. in Eclipse, in Erich Gamma's JDT UI team in OTI/IBM Research in Zurich, Switzerland. And before that,  I got my MSc degree in CS from the University of Warsaw, Poland.

NEW: I graduated in June'09, and I've joined the Sunyaev Lab at the Harvard Medical School.

    miRviewer: global view of miRNA conservation (using homology search)
    miRNAligner: conservation of human microRNAs in 44 vertebrates (using whole-genome alignments)
    AMI Calculator: risk calculator for heart attack
