Before coming to MIT, I'd spent 3 years working on refactorings etc. in Eclipse, in Erich Gamma's JDT UI team in OTI/IBM Research in Zurich, Switzerland.

And before that,  I got my MSc degree in CS from the University of Warsaw, Poland.
 


NEW: I graduated in June'09, and I've joined the Sunyaev Lab at the Harvard Medical School.

    jFuzz: whitebox fuzzer (testing tool) for Java
    Ardilla: automatic tool to find SQL injection and XSS attacks on PHP Web applications
    miRNAminer: microRNA homology search
    miRviewer: global view of miRNA conservation (using homology search)
    miRNAligner: conservation of human microRNAs in 44 vertebrates (using whole-genome alignments)
    AMI Calculator: risk calculator for heart attack
